Brief: This ‘indigenous ELISA kit’ has been modified and improved with respect to specificity using absorption step , which is equivalent to other international ELISA kits in the market.
Sensitivity of this absorbed ELISA is very high and cost-wise also it is much cheaper when compared with the other commercial kits of JD.
